TV Commercial show up in a 2004 TV ad for Time Life 60's Gold Music Collection.
The ad has been running in 2004 and earlier.

Otto Felix is the actor on the left in this clip from
the United Airlines TV Spot. There are even better shots of Otto where
he is clearly recognizable later in the spot. Time Life forgot to pay Otto the holding fee
for the last 30 years. Let's see -- pay off the mortgage -- fix the
car -- Mutual Funds -- a new house for mom! The list is endless!
Leanna Levy Otto's talent agent from 1969 to 1972. Leanna booked this United Airlines TV Spot
for Otto. Otto got to go to Hawaii and shot four or
five spots during his 10 day all expenses paid booking. Thank you Leanna!
